SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Standard ground shipping is FREE for all orders in the continental United States.

  • Items are delivered to your doorstep and do not require signature. Please make sure you are available for the delivery by checking your tracking information.

  • Inside delivery is not available.

  • Items require very little assembly, if any.

  • Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Internationally.

  • Most orders leave the manufacturers warehouse located in the US within 1-3 business days, and ship via Federal Express or UPS and usually arrive on your doorstep within 7 business days

RETURN or CANCELLATION POLICIES

CANCELLING AN ORDER: Once the order has begun processing or is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

REFUSING AN ORDER: Refusing to accept delivery will be treated as a returned item per policies below

RETURNS:

  • Returns must be requested within 72 hours of delivery, in writing, via email , to cs@5pEnterprises.net

  • Returns must have a Return Authorization (RMA) assigned or they can not be accepted into the facility.

  • Return products must be returned in UNUSED condition, in the original packaging.

  • All returns are assessed a 20% restocking fee.

  • Original Shipping charges are not refundable

  • The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

  • If the manufacturers warranty has been initiated, the product is non returnable.

  • Refunds will take up to 30 days from return.

  • If the RMA instructions are not followed, we shall not be liable for items that do not arrive in our warehouse. Please ship and track your package via a professional service provider such as UPS or FED EX.

LOST PACKAGES: You MUST notify us in writing, via email, to CS@5penterprises.net about non-delivered packages within three (3) days of the Estimated Delivery Date provided on your tracking information. Without such notification, We will not be responsible for a lost parcel.
